- During peak seasons, promotions, or new launches, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via the email address used at checkout.

Tracking Information

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed/refused, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier first.

Note: Gleamie is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We may assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the packaging and the item(s).
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Gleamie and are the customer’s responsibility.
